Exchanges are allowed to be made up until two hours prior to curtain time of the day of the performances (5 pm for a 7 pm performance, and noon for a 2 pm performance.) All exchanges must be done during the run of the current year’s show. Exchanges are not permitted to be transferred to the following year’s show.
Refunds may be offered in extenuating circumstances at the discretion of the box office manager and SME Chairperson. Refunds must be requested by emailing email@example.com within 30 days of the current year’s closing show. No refunds will be made after 30 days post closing.
If a performance is cancelled, you will receive a full refund or exchange of ticket for another date during the run of that performance. Service, delivery, and other charges are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend the show, consider donating the value of your ticket. Your support helps sustain our ability to bring our community together through the arts. If you would like to donate your tickets, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with documentation of your donation.

Summer Musical Enterprise (SME) strives to bring quality musical theatre to the New River Valley utilizing one of the area’s finest resources: its people. Anyone can participate, as is evidenced by the diverse members of our cast and crew from summer to summer. For 26 years, Summer Musical Enterprise has provided quality entertainment and theatrical experiences for children, adults, and families of the New River Valley. SME is truly a community organization that is run by local volunteers committed to providing quality theatrical experiences that utilize the time and talents of our members.
